Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost Shipments: In the unlikely event that your order is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@ampbasics.com. We will work with the courier service to locate your order or initiate a claim for a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Send us clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will either provide a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Order Modifications: If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ampbasics.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return for any unwanted items once they arrive.
